Bringing a second life to this early 1950’s built home, we designed a full gut renovation and expansion to elevate this residence for modern living. The new owners are enjoying an eat-in kitchen and open-concept living area, a new primary bathroom and en-suite, and a bonus suite on the second floor. A reconfigured first-floor plan connects the interior living space to the outdoor entertaining area for use in the summer months.
